Overnight French Toast (Joan Puleo) The night before serving:
Melt butter and brown sugar and coat the bottom of the 9X13 pan.
Cut bread into 1"slices and place in the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk and vanilla.
Pour over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, preheat oven to 375°.
Bake,uncovered 45 minutes in middle of oven.
It is done when a knife inserted comes out clean and bread if puffy.
Serve with maple syrup or sprinkle with confectioner's sugar!
